What We Offer

At EFE, we meet students where they are — not where we think they should be. Every service is built around real executive function challenges: the forgotten assignments, the 11pm panic spirals, the “I’ll start in five minutes” that turns into never. Here’s how we help.

1:1 Coaching

Our personalized coaching sessions meet your student’s specific needs, focusing on improving executive function skills such as organization, time management, and motivation. Weekly 45-minute 1:1 sessions are complemented by a 60-minute Power Hour — a coach-led virtual group session designed to build focus, develop good habits, and provide peer accountability. During Power Hour, students apply skills in real time within a supportive community setting, boosting motivation and follow-through.

About

Hey, I’m Amber.I’m the coach behind Executive Function Elevated (EFE), where I help students who feel overwhelmed, behind, or unsure how to start—get back on track in a way that actually works for their brain.Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and young adults who are often labeled as unmotivated, careless, or disorganized—when in reality, they’ve simply never been taught how to manage their workload, time, and responsibilities in a way that makes sense for them. That’s where I come in.I don’t give students more work to do.
I help them use what they already have—assignments, projects, and deadlines—and teach them how to plan it, break it down, start it, and follow through without feeling overwhelmed.
My coaching style is calm, structured, and supportive. I create a space where students can ask questions, get unstuck, and build real skills at their own pace—while still being held accountable. As students strengthen these skills, everything begins to shift: grades improve, stress decreases, confidence builds, and they begin to see themselves differently. That’s the work we do here.

I hold a BS in Psychology and a MS in Human Services. With a background in social work and wellness coaching, I bring empathy, insight, and a deep understanding of behavior change to every session — helping students and families create systems that truly stick. Before founding EFE, I spent over a decade in child welfare, which taught me that the systems around a child matter just as much as the child themselves.
